RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Standard Products
We accept returns on non-personalized, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@loretostudio.store. Once your return is approved, we'll provide the return address. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Personalized & Custom Orders
All personalized and custom-made items — including custom-engraved products, custom fishing pole holders, and any item made to order — are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.
Damages & Defects
Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at info@loretostudio.store with a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@loretostudio.store.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
European Union
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. This does not apply to personalized or custom-made items, which are exempt under EU consumer law.
